Designer Harsh Gupta recently launched his cruise 2016 collection “GOD OF WOODS” that takes you through the journey of a decorative art-form that began parallel to the evolution of mankind on earth.
Inspired by the wood & hand-carved wood pieces, earthy color palette and woody texture: the collection imprints & transforms the intricate designs, motifs and patterns of wood into wearable art form by using the modern techniques of printing & needlework.
The mood of collection is easy-relaxed & light. And the range consists of women`s and men`s wear transeasonal pieces : shirts, tops, tunics, dresses, summer-suits, summer-jackets, shrugs, capes, robes, maxis and pants.
A mix of cotton, viscose, rayon, bemberg, modal, voile, lightweight denims and polyesters create a great base for the collection.
