The event will provide attendees a platform to experience culinary expertise under its scrumptious “Food Street’’ that will be hosted by connoisseurs and sommeliers of the world. Food Street will hold a delightful ticketed masterclass by world class chefs to facilitate interactions about the journey of food from cultural India to world class fusion cuisine.
The live station by celebrity chefs will not only be an exhibition of sorts, but will also allow all present there to have a hands-on cooking experience. The event touts of a heritage rich experience where fragrances from all parts of the country will waft in to create a nostalgia of cultural infusion.
Post the live cook-in, a panel discussion of celebrity chefs will follow suit that will deliberate the future of the food processing industry and how the sector is bound to explode with a plethora of opportunities in the near future.
Other than the live sessions, Food Street will also have books and publications with exclusive content on the diversity of cuisines in the country and also the future it holds. A live screening will also feature documentaries surrounding food and its evolution in the country. World Food India 2017 will be held at Vigyan Bhawan 2017, New Delhi, from 3-5 November 2017.
